BULINDO PROJECT
A blend of modern design and sustainable practices.
The project was initially contracted to a different firm, which failed to convince the client about the project safety, durability and stability.
Consequently, Tei-ha Construction Services Ltd. was consulted to handle all site issues thereby, thinking both creatively and logically to solve drawings and difficulties they faced due to improper geotechnical test which was previously done. We encountered challenges with sloping topography that was misinterpreted on foundation and basement level and mica soils with larger spans in all directions, as well as a 2.8m cantilever slab. This necessitated a comprehensive assessment by Qualified tested Engineer, giving us an opportunity to re- Design the project based on site condition as Design and build project.

This is especially in complicated designs or where the implementation period is limited by time constrains.

Tei-ha participated fully in supply of construction materials for upgrade of UNHCR office premises and staff accommodation in Kiryandongo refugee settlement and civil construction in Lamwo Refugee settlement under the contract agreement between Tei-ha Construction Services Ltd and Latent Company Ltd.
